Brickability Group PLC (LON:BRCK) John Richards joins Proactive London’s Katie Pilbeam to explain recent developments at the firm.
The business recently acquired Taylor Maxwell Group, described by Richards as 'transformational', a supplier of timber and non-combustible cladding, for up to £63mln.
Richards says 'it is a higher quality business with a lot of very knowledgeable staff with great expertise'.
With a strong pipeline plan (with more than £42m left after fundraise) Richards explains their strategy going forwards, looking for firms that 'have good management, are already in good financial position, that fit our root to market'.
