Microlise Group's Nadeem Raza joins Proactive London's Katie Pilbeam to introduce the transport management software company ahead of their AIM listing this week.
The firms count Yodel, Hovis and Man Truck & Bus among its customers and plan to list after raising just over £62mln.
The funds will be used to accelerate international expansion after joining the junior market with a valuation of £156.5mln based on a share price of 135p.
