Greenrose Acquisition Corp (OTCQX:GNRS) President Paul "Otto" Wimer outlines to Proactive the Special Acquisition Purpose Company's (SPAC) plans to acquire four separate cannabis companies within the US.
Wimer says its strategy includes acquiring groups with strong management teams and those that are focused on being 'cultivation forward.' It has targeted companies based in both limited license markets as well as established, recreational markets.
