Guild Esports PLC (LON:GILD) CEO Kal Hourd joins Proactive London following the news that Carleton Curtis has made the personal decision to step down as executive chair and has left the company.
Hourd wishes him 'the very best in the future' and says the 'business remains unaffected'. He says 'I will continue pushing on the strategy and delivering alongside my world class management team'.
Kal's key responsibilities include delivering on the company's long-term revenue and bottom-line objectives, as well as forging relationships with global brands.
