Snowline Gold Corp (CSE:SGD) (OTCPINK:SNWGF), the Yukon-focused gold explorer, said Matthew Roma had become the company's new chief financial officer (CFO), while Natasha Tsai had stepped down to pursue other business opportunities.
Roma, an accountant with over 10 years of financial management experience working mainly with junior mining companies, will also become the firm's corporate secretary.

"We are pleased to welcome Mr. Roma to the Snowline management team," said Snowline CEO Nikolas Matysek in a statement. "Matt's expertise and experience will be a welcome addition as we continue to grow as a company."
Roma articled at Deloitte LLP where he specialized in assurance and advisory services for publicly listed mining companies based in Canada and the US.
Also in the statement, Snowline said its board expressed its gratitude for the 'significant contributions' Ms Tsai had made to the company and wished her well in her future endeavours.
Snowline Gold holds seven projects spanning over 90,000 hectares. It is exploring the flagship 72,000 Einarson and Rogue gold projects in the prospective yet underexplored Selwyn Basin, where drilling is expected to begin in June 2021.
