ASOS PLC (LON:ASC) said it has formed a joint venture with US-based multi-channel retailer, Nordstrom, which will take a minority stake in Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge and HIIT.
The plan is to help the brands, acquired earlier this year, grow in the US and Canadian markets.
ASOS will retain operational and creative control but Nordstrom will use its expertise to expand on the other side of the Atlantic.
The US group will also launch an edit of the best ASOS brands across its platforms as well as rolling out ASOS click and collect services in its store estate.
Nordstrom has a huge reach in North America, operating more than 350 physical stores alongside online platforms that attract almost 2 billion annual visits.
It was the first US retailer to stock Topshop in the US in 2012.
