Terra Tech Corp. (OTCQX:TRTC) CEO Frank Knuettel II tells Proactive the Company has successfully completed its merger with UMBRLA, Inc., doing business as Unrivaled, a multi-state vertically integrated company focused on the cannabis sector with operations in California, Oregon and Nevada.
Knuettel says the two groups have begun integrating the teams together, and the combined company’s portfolio includes cannabis brands Korova, Sticks, Cabana, Blüm and The Spot.
