The Glimpse Group (NASDAQ:VRAR) CEO Lyron Bentovim tells Proactive the New York-based Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality platform company has begun trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker VRAR.
Bentovim says the group's vision includes pursuing a roll-up strategy where it acquires key players within the AR/VR space according to its unique sector, including retail, healthcare, higher education, etc. Bentovim says the group will continue with this strategy, deploying the $12.3 million it raised to target additional acquisitions.
