ImagineAR Inc (CSE:IP) (OTCMKTS:IPNFF) (FRA:GMS1) has announced a new three-year white-label mobile app agreement with BlackOwned, a peer-to-peer network dedicated to uniting and catalyzing the efforts of Black entrepreneurs and professionals to generate value in national communities.
The deal is valued at C$185,000, plus subscription channel revenue sharing, the company said.
"I am excited to support and advance a brand that is building immersive Black AR content that impacts the BlackOwned ecosystem,” ImagineAR Director of Strategic Partnership Marketing Martin Pratt said in a statement.

CEO Alen Paul Silverrstieen agreed.
"Our strategic partnership with BlackOwned is a significant step forward for ImagineAR, that provides a new platform communication and subscription model focused on education, employment and empowerment," Silverrstieen said.
"BlackOwned will launch this fall with our new ImagineAR Global Cloud Architecture, after the World Tens Rugby Tournament in August 2021. This new AR Cloud implementation provides a greatly enhanced content management dashboard, performance and synchronization throughout the world with full GDPR compliance."
BlackOwned’s suite of products includes the Upward Institute, Talent Community and SKRRT, which empower communities to thrive in education, economics and employment, the company said.
