Xigem Technologies applies to trade its shares on the OTCQB Venture Market

CEO Brian Kalish said an OTCQB listing would lead to increased liquidity and visibility among US and global traders

Xigem Technologies Corporation (CSE:XIGM) (FRA:2C1) announced it had applied to list its shares on the OTCQB Venture Market.

The OTCQB market is built for early-stage companies to help enhance liquidity and valuation in the US, allowing international companies to trade in the US with lower costs and complexities.

Toronto-based Xigem Technologies develops software and technologies to help power the remote economy.

In a statement, Xigem told investors that its application process is “well underway.”

"Trading on the OTCQB would be a meaningful step in enhancing shareholder value," Brian Kalish, CEO of Xigem said. "We anticipate that an OTCQB listing would lead to increased liquidity and visibility among US and global traders, at a time when the remote economy continues to rapidly emerge and thrive."

Meanwhile, the company also said it had extended its agreement with Messina Consulting to lead an investor awareness campaign in Europe. The extension covers two separate three-week periods in July and August 2021, for a fee of €25,000 per week.
