RPM Automotive Group directors show faith in company through early exercise of options

RPM’s recent capital raise has allowed it to fund acquisitions as the company continues to examine other strategic acquisitions in line with its growth strategy.

RPM Automotive Group Ltd (ASX:FFX) managing director Clive Finkelstein and director Wei Liu have shown their commitment to the company’s growth strategy through the early exercise of listed options.

Finkelstein exercised 53,750 options at 25 cents each and Liu exercised 2,500 options at the same exercise price.

The options were set to expire on August 28, 2021.

Revenue synergies via acquisitions

RPM recently completed the acquisitions of Citic Autoparts, Elite Tyre Group and Super Tyre mart.

All three businesses are culturally and operationally aligned and have been incorporated into the existing RPM infrastructure with the management retained.

Notably, the acquisitions are value and earnings per share accretive for RPM.

The acquisitions are already displaying revenue synergies by applying RPM’s expertise, contracts and sales network, thereby providing the scale required to achieve purchasing advantage.
