Boadicea Resources Ltd (ASX:BOA) non-executive director Steven Moon has demonstrated his confidence in the company’s nickel-copper-gold exploration strategy with an on-market purchase of shares.
On July 1, Moon purchased 16,712 shares at 19 cents per share in an indirect interest, increasing the number held to 515,000.
Land Access Agreement
The company recently signed a Land Access and Mineral Exploration Agreement for its three Koongulla tenements in the Paterson Province of Western Australia.
The Paterson Province in the state's north hosts the world-class 32-million-ounce Telfer mine as well as developing projects including Rio Tinto Ltd’s (ASX:RIO) 2.2 million tonne copper equivalent Winu and Newcrest Mining Ltd’s (ASX:NCM) 3.4-million-ounce Havieron.
On completion of the application advertising period for Koongulla East, earmarked for October 2021, an on-ground gravity survey will advance over the much-anticipated Telfer-look-a-like dome feature that BOA has identified.
Managing director Jon Reynolds said completion of the land access agreement would enable the company to progress ground exploration of its prospective Koongulla tenements.
