Cloudbreak Discovery says investee company Imperial Helium permitted to drill Alberta well

The initial well is set to be drilled to 2,047 metres on the crest of the Steveville structure

Cloudbreak Discovery PLC (LON:CDL), the natural resource project generator, said Imperial Helium Corp (TSX-V:IHC, OTCQB:IMPHF), in which it has a 1.25% stake, has received all required permits and approvals to commence drilling operations “as soon as practicable”.

In the update, investors were told Imperial has started lease and road construction at the Steveville Helium Property, in South Eastern Alberta, Canada.

The initial well is set to be drilled to 2,047 metres on the crest of the Steveville structure.

The objective is to confirm helium concentrations and flow rates established during the historic blow-out that occurred in 1940.
