CanaFarma Hemp Products Corp. (CSE: CNFA) new CEO Smoke Wallin tells Proactive the group will be merging with hemp cannabinoid-focused Vertical Wellness, where Wallin will run the combined businesses.
Wallin says the group is looking to use the expertise of both groups to scale its products, in addition to targeting single brand companies for potential acquisitions.
