Tribe Property Technologies (CVE: TRBE) CEO Joseph Nakhla joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has signed a deal with Landa Global Properties to provide their suite of products for the completion of Cascade City. That project in Richmond, BC is a 15-storey, 271-unit Cascade City development.
Nakhla telling Proactive this development will utilize all of their products including deficiency management and warranty tools to digitize the community’s full suite of amenities, enabling them to be viewable and bookable with Tribe’s amenities features.
