Tribe Property Technologies Inc (CVE:TRBE) has announced a partnership with real estate development company Landa Global Properties at its landmark Cascade City development in Richmond, British Columbia.
The 15-storey, 271-unit development will join the 40,000-plus homes already utilizing Tribe's services and solutions. The building is scheduled to occupy in mid-summer 2021.
Landa Global has been using Tribe's developer suite of products, including deficiency management and warranty tools, to help complete its condo and townhouse development in Richmond and digitize the community's full suite of amenities, enabling them to be viewable and bookable with the company's amenities feature.
Tribe’s products and services for building and managing residential communities include technology and services for property developers, owners, councils/boards, tenants and landlords.

"Tribe's technology is easy to use and offers huge benefits to both our team and our homeowners for things like construction deficiencies, homeowner walk-throughs and warranty and deficiency management,” Landa Global’s director of development Wayne Pai said in a statement.
"What we appreciate most about Tribe is how their platform connects us and creates and improves communication channels between our buyers and our customer care team."
During the last year, Tribe said 75% of clients surveyed said its technology had been an important communication tool, with the company seeing an organic increase of 10% in owner and tenant registrations from March 2020.
"We believe that technology has a big role to play when it comes to how people experience residential community living, and that starts well before they've even moved in,” Tribe CEO Joseph Nakhla said.
