Mako Gold Ltd's (ASX:MKG) Peter Ledwidge talks Proactive's Andrew Scott through the news it's entered into a binding agreement with Perseus Mining to acquire their 39% interest in Mako’s flagship Napié gold project in Côte d’Ivoire. The move sees Persus become a cornerstone shareholder in Mako while Mako will own 90% of the project.
