K2fly CEO increases holding following record sales invoicing

After three consecutive months of record invoicing and the company’s first-ever A$2 million-plus quarter, K2fly’s CEO has increased his shareholding.

K2fly Ltd (ASX:K2F) chief executive officer Brian Miller has boosted his holding with a 73,900 on-market share purchase, signalling a vote of confidence in the tech-centric stock.

The CEO invested more than A$22,800 to grow his direct interest in the company via transactions between June 23 and June 25.

Before the buy, Miller held 2,600,241 fully paid ordinary K2F shares in the direct interest and taking into account the recent purchases, he now holds 2,674,141 securities.

The chief executive also holds 289,844 fully paid ordinary shares in an indirect interest.

According to Morningstar data — current just prior to market close on Monday — K2fly had around 138 million ordinary shares on issue and a A$41 million market capitalisation.

Increased holding follows record sales invoicing

Miller’s on-market purchases come after the company recorded three consecutive months of record sales invoicing.

The ASX-lister, which provides software and solutions to tier-one mining clients to support resource definition, topped its sales invoicing record in May and delivered its first-ever A$2 million-plus quarter at the end of March.

Speaking to the jump in invoicing at the time, Miller said: “The growing client base for K2F solutions has allowed us to generate more invoices across the full range of solutions.

“In the last few months, we have won deals for all of our solutions, including: Land Management and Heritage (Rio Tinto, Fortescue Metals Group, The Keeping Place and Griffith University); Reserves Reporting (Alcoa and Couer); Decipher (South African Energy Coal and a BHP pilot); and SATEVA (Roy Hill).”
