Western Magnesium Corporation (CVE:WMG) (OTCMKTS:MLYF) has launched a non-brokered private placement to raise up to C$850,000.
The Vancouver-based company is working to produce low-cost, green magnesium metal and it said the proceeds of the private placement will be used for working capital and to complete a commercialized pilot plant.
Last week, Western Magnesium closed a fully-subscribed private placement for C$3 million.

Monies from the June 17 placement are earmarked for working capital and the pilot plant completion.
Each unit of today’s placement will consist of one common share of Western Magnesium Corporation priced at $0.20 and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable for one common share for 12 months at a purchase price of $0.30 per share.
The completion of the private placement and payment of any commission and fees are subject to necessary approvals, including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
