GreenBank Capital Inc (CSEGBC) (OTCPINK:GRNBF) (FRA:2TL) CEO David Lonsdale and subsidiary The Substantia Group CEO Terry Pullen join Proactive to talk about Substantia's multiphase deal to invest in the build of a carbon-neutral development in a UK town.
Pullen says the plan is to work with local and national governments to build 3,500 residential units, a university, retail and hospitality units along with supporting transport and infrastructure modernization.
