Cloud DX Inc (CVE:CDX) has announced a new 36-month Canadian contract with Medicuro Virtual Health Clinic for its award-winning Connected Health platform.
The contract with Newfoundland-based Medicuro is the latest in a series of contracts announced by Cloud DX in recent weeks, including a contract extension with a large Canadian provincial health authority and a partnership agreement with US-based Maxwell Telecare.

Under the terms of the deal, Medicuro will supply the Cloud DX Connected Health platform to patients under its care who are suffering with chronic illnesses such as congestive heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Since 2019, Medicuro has served thousands of patients across Newfoundland and Labrador as one of the first online clinics operating in the province.
Cloud DX’s Connected Health platform monitors and reports on physiological data including heart and respiratory rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, weight, temperature, and blood glucose levels, along with condition-specific surveys and connection to the patient via two-way messaging and video visits.
The software also issues notifications to a care team if a patient's vital signs, symptoms, or adherence to scheduled readings changes, allowing the team to then trigger a telemedicine video visit to determine the best next step.
Cloud DX is a leading Canadian-based, North American provider of virtual care and remote patient monitoring solutions. It charges upfront for Connected Health Kits that are prescribed to patients for use at home, and then charges a monthly software, services, and support fee for each active patient account.
