Imperial X PLC (LON:CDL) said it completed a high-resolution airborne magnetic survey of its South Timmins gold project in Ontario, Canada.
The survey data is being compiled and processed and will be used to identify potential targets and trends for follow up exploration work.
“We are pleased to continue the successful execution of our exploration and business model efficiently and will now follow up on the new data findings through further modelling and surface exploration,” said chief executive Kyler Hardy.
Imperial X, soon to be renamed Cloudbreak Discovery PLC, also announced that Melissa Sturgess has resigned as a director with immediate effect due to increased commitments on several other projects.
The company said it has begun searching for a new director who will provide appropriate guidance and experience to execute its business plan.
