Tribe Property Technologies (CVE: TRBE) CEO Joseph Nakhla joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has entered into a joint campaign with APOLLO to digitize insurance access for condo owners, renters, landlords and developers, while also improving the coverage and protection of condominium and rental buildings right across the country.
Nakhla telling Proactive there are big gaps in coverage that leave Canadians vulnerable to significant financial loss. The partnership will use APOLLO’s technology for increased education and awareness for owners about insurance risks and options. It also includes the future ability for notifications if a tenant cancels policy mid-term while offering protection from potential strata/condo corporation deductibles that owners or tenants could be subject to.
