Sirius Real Estate Ltd (LON:SRE) CEO Andrew Coombs tells Proactive the German business park specialist increased its final dividend by 10% for the year to 31 March 2021 as assets and profits rose in spite of the restrictions imposed by the coronavirus.
Coombs says rental income rose by 7.6% to €97.2mln with a 5.2% rise like-for-like and 98.2% collection. Occupancy also rose to 86.9%.
