archTIS secures $868,000 contract to expand NC Protect within Australian Commonwealth National Security Agency

The NC Protect platform is used for enhanced information protection for file access and sharing, messaging and emailing of sensitive and classified content across Microsoft 365 apps, Dropbox, Nutanix Files and Windows file shares.

archTIS Ltd (AX:AR9) has entered a contract to further expand the deployment of its NC Protect platform with an Australian Commonwealth national security agency.

Total value of the contract is $868,000 to cover software licence and support over a four-year period at $217,000 of annual recurring revenue.

NC Protect is used for enhanced information protection for file access and sharing, messaging and emailing of sensitive and classified content across Microsoft 365 apps, Dropbox, Nutanix Files and Windows file shares.

The agency intends to expand its use of NC Protect to secure information collaboration and sharing within additional branches of the agency.

Microsoft suite integration

Tightly marketed and integrated into the Microsoft suite of collaboration tools, NC Protect enables agencies to enforce granular, zero trust-based security at the document level with secure information collaboration and sharing.

The contract is also a large Microsoft IP Co-sell opportunity for archTIS/Nucleus Cyber.

archTIS Global COO and US President Kurt Mueffelmann said: “I am very pleased with archTIS’ rapid expansion in the Australian Government with NC Protect.

“Our integration and continued partnership with Microsoft allows us to solve complex global information security problems and expand our reach in a time of increasing need for secure collaboration.”

Validates Nucleus Cyber acquisition

archTIS CEO and managing director Daniel Lai said the contract validated the company’s Nucleus Cyber acquisition with year-to-date 2021 NC Protect related contract sales exceeding $2 million, versus $500,000 for the entire 2020 calendar year.

He said: “The expanded deployment of NC Protect highlights the value we provide to clients and is more evidence that our commercialisation and acquisition strategy is the right one.

“archTIS has had over $2 million of NC Protect related sales in the first five months of the calendar year which is a $1.5 million increase over the entire 2020 calendar year.

“This is a great result considering the merger of Nucleus Cyber was only a little more than five months ago.”
