Parity Group PLC (LON:PTY) said its chief executive Matthew Bayfield will be leaving the company with immediate effect.
The AIM-listed firm said its non-executive chairman Mark Braund, has been appointed as interim executive chairman.
"On behalf of the Board, I wish to thank Matthew for his work and commitment through a period of change and wish him the best in his future endeavours", Braund said in a statement.
