Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd (CVE:CSX) (OTCMKTS:CLGPF) has applied to the OTC Markets Group Inc (OTCQX:OTCM) to have its common shares trade on the OTCQB Venture Market.
In addition, the company said it will be engaging with US producers and dealers with winter canola and winter wheat seeding demonstrations under the “Meet MAX Field Viewing Program” scheduled for Montana, North Dakota, and Nevada. Its SMART Seeder MAX technologies are revolutionary seeding tools.
CEO Graeme Lempriere said the company’s decision to move to the OTCQB comes as it prepares to execute its 2021 launch strategy for the US by showcasing its MAX technology at two of the largest agricultural trade shows in the US this summer.

“We feel it is also time to help represent our current U.S. shareholder base by seeking to have our company’s common shares tradable on the OTCQB Venture Market,” Lempriere said in a statement. “This will assure better visibility and liquidity within the U.S. investment community."
The OTCQB market is a premiere marketplace for early-stage and developing US and international companies that are committed to providing a high-quality trading and information experience for US investors, who can find real-time quotes and market information for OTCQB-quoted companies on the OTC Markets website.
“As a Company with its common shares listed on the TSX Venture Exchange we believe we are well positioned for our applications to be approved and that we meet all the eligibility and reporting requirements for the OTCQB Venture Market,” Clean Seed said.
