Mineral & Financial Investments Ltd's (LON:MAFL) chairman Jacques Vaillancourt takes Proactive London’s Stephen Gunnion through third-quarter results.
After growing its net asset value (NAV) to just over £6 million, or 17.1p per share, by the end of March, Vaillancourt says the company has grown its NAV by 49% a year over the past five years.
The precious metals weighting has increased to almost 42% of the company's invested assets due to the performance of its gold equity holdings, notably Cerrado Gold, which is meeting expectations - if not beating them.
