Charge Enterprises (OTCMKTS:CRGE) CEO Andrew Fox tells Proactive the New York-based operator of micro-mobility charging and parking stations has applied to up-list to the Nasdaq, which is part of its strategy to become a larger player in the telecommunications and electric vehicle spaces.
Fox says the company recently acquired ANS Advanced Network Services, a provider of direct current power installation and telecommunications services.
