Westminster Group PLC (LON:WSG) said Mawuli Ababio had been appointed as deputy chairman while Charles Cattaneo will be stepping down as a non-executive director following the AGM on 24 June, 2021.
Chairman, Sir Tony Baldry, said: "We are sorry that, due to pressures on his time, Charles has decided to step down from the Board.
"In the last two years, he has been a valued board member and a positive force in the group.
"On a separate note, I am pleased to announce that our non-executive director, Mr Mawuli Ababio, has been appointed as deputy chairman.
“Mawuli has proved to be a real asset to the business and his understanding and knowledge of emerging markets has proven most helpful."
