Esports Entertainment Group Inc (NASDAQ:GMBL) CEO Grant Johnson tells Proactive the group has signed a multi-year partnership with the Cleveland Cavaliers to be the NBA franchise's official esports tournament platform provider.
Johnson says its the first NBA franchise its entered into an agreement with. The company will operate three co-branded esports tournaments a year for the Cavs utilizing its Esports Gaming League (EGL) platform.
