Forward Water Technologies Inc CEO Howie Honeyman tells Proactive the privately-held, Toronto, Canada-based wastewater treatment group is aiming to transform wastewater that 'can't be treated today' to reclaim it as 'clean, reusable water' at a 'fraction of the cost' compared to traditional methods of burning, burying, or boiling water.
Honeyman says the group has a way of extracting clean water using a propriety membrane-driven process, with a relatively low energy footprint. The group is expected to go public on the TSX-V through a reverse merger in the summer of 2021.
