Ansila Energy NL (ASX:ANA) (FRA:P6V) has officially changed its name to Hartshead Resources NL with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) following shareholder approval on Friday, May 21.
All resolutions were passed at the company’s general meeting, including a special resolution to change its name to Hartshead Resources NL.
Official change date is May 27
The effective date for the change of company name and ticker code on ASX will be from the commencement of trading on Thursday, May 27, 2021.
Hartshead Resources’ ASX ticker code will change from ‘ANA’ to ‘HHR’.
The company also has a new website - www.hartshead-resources.com.au.
Project management team established
Earlier this month the company fully established its phase-I project management team for the UK Southern Gas Basin Project in the North Sea.
The company has recently defined the phase-I delivery schedule and key milestones and looks forward to providing further updates in the near future, together with the award of contracts as part of the concept select workstreams.
Growing European demand
Harthead’s goal is to secure and invest in projects where resources can be extracted and delivered to meet Europe’s growing energy demand while supporting the transition to a low carbon future.
In progressing this strategy Hartshead is focused on its 100%-owned Production Seaward Licence P2607 comprising of five blocks which contain four existing gas fields in the UK Southern Gas Basin.
