Litigation Capital Management Limited's Nick Rowles-Davies (LON:LIT) joins Proactive London after winning a contract with creditors of now-collapsed builder Carillion.
They are taking its former auditors, KPMG, to court for a claim of £250mln.
The firm has agreed to provide finance to fund a claim made by certain Carillion entities, which remain in liquidation.
