Leeds' Bridgewater Place House the next cab off the rank for M7 Real Estate after successful £85mln Mailbox REIT float

The city’s tallest building, it is home to professional services group EY and international law firms DWF and Eversheds

Hard on the heels of Friday’s £85mln float of the Mailbox REIT (LON:MBOX), the asset manager M7 Real Estate has unveiled plans to list a second office development on the IPSX specialist property exchange.

In the coming weeks, it will begin marketing Bridgewater Place House, in central Leeds, to potential investors.

The city’s tallest building, it is home to professional services group EY and international law firms DWF and Eversheds.

M7 chief executive Richard Croft said: “With Mailbox REIT having successfully become the first company to have its shares admitted to trading on IPSX today, we are now looking to build on that momentum by advancing our plans to bring Bridgewater Place House in Leeds to market as the second IPO on this new dedicated property exchange in the coming months.

“Bridgewater Place House is another flagship regional UK office building and offers income returns underpinned by strong tenants.”
