Avation PLC (LON:AVAP) said it has sold one of its ATR 72-600 aircraft with manufacturer number 1591 at current market rates to a regional aircraft lessor.
The aircraft leasing firm said the plane is currently on lease to US-Bangla Airlines, Bangladesh’s largest private airline by fleet size.

"We are pleased to complete this sale transaction on an unencumbered aircraft. The transaction demonstrates that there is demand out there for appropriate assets and the ATR 72 is the best-suited aircraft for the regional market," Avation executive chairman Jeff Chatfield said in a statement.
