That project is a new 2.7-billion-dollar entertainment venue in Las Vegas.
Anson telling Proactive this is a non-gaming, business, and family-friendly destination. It will feature 23,000 seat multi-purpose arena with a retractable roof, 500-room 5 star, all suite luxury Spa Hotel, 2,000-room hotel tower, and a 350,000 sq. ft. food and retail plaza with exclusive retail shops.
