Telson Mining (CVE: TSN- OTC: SOHFF) CEO Ralph Shearing joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has done a complete overhaul of its board of directors. That includes welcoming David Rhodes as Director and Chairman of the Board. The other new members include Natascha Kiernan, Mark Bailey and Tom Kelly, all as Independent Directors.
Shearing telling Proactive about those moves and also that the company will be rebranding with a new name. Telson intends to change its corporate name to Altaley Mining Corporation. The name change and corporate rebranding will also include a new stock symbol.
