TRACON Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:TCON) CEO Charles Theuer tells Proactive the group it has initiated 22 US clinical sites and enrolled more than 20 patients in the pivotal ENVASARC trial of single-agent envafolimab and envafolimab combined with Yervoy, which has triggered the initial Data Monitoring Committee review of safety data from each cohort.
The group recently reported 1Q quarterly earnings, where it ended the quarter with cash and equivalents of $30.4 million, which it said will fund its operations into the second half of 2022.
