Xigem Technologies Corporation (CSE:XIGM) (FRA:2C1) announced it is launching a new, packaged version of its customer relationship management software iAgent.
The CRM software is designed for small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) to respond faster to leads, improve customer service and optimize work flow.
Toronto-based Xigem said the updated iAgent is an “out-of-the-box” version.

iAgent's Sales Rep mobile application and Automated Dialer can be integrated into SME office environments that allows users to replace several legacy programs.
In a statement, Xigem said that the introduction of the packaged version of iAgent should “significantly expand” the company’s addressable market among SMEs.

Xigem said it is ramping up its marketing surrounding the launch, including a new dedicated website and explainer video.
iAgent is anticipated to be available for Beta testing by this summer on a Software-as-a-Service basis, according to Xigem. The company said it will continue to offer customization services for organizations with more tailored functionality, and has announced projects to build remote technology platforms for several customers.
