The week ahead
In the UK, it is quiet on the reporting front for the next two weeks, as we transition from the December period end to March period results. This week, we expect final results from WANdisco. Additionally, Iomart is holding a virtual capital markets day on Wednesday.
WANdisco PLC (LON:WAND), which has solutions to enable data migration to cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, reports final results on Wednesday. In its January trading update, it said it expects to report revenue for the financial year 2020 (FY20) of at least US$10.5mln, along with a year-end cash position of about US$21mln. It said it expects to grow its customer base at a significantly faster rate in 2021 than in previous years, and current-year revenue is expected to grow to at least US$35mln. In March, the company raised gross proceeds of US$42.46mln via a US$12.46mln placing along with a US$30mln subscription to provide capital to expand opportunities and accelerate growth.
Across the pond, we anticipate a flood of smaller companies reporting their quarterly earnings after the giants reported last week. Among the tech-related companies expected to report include: ON Semiconductor, ZoomInfo Technologies, Rambus, Maxar Technologies, Arista Networks, Akamai Technologies, Alarm.com, Alteryx, Broadridge, Bottomline, Lattice Semiconductor, Mcafee, Super Micro Computer, Commvault Systems, Zebra Technologies, Corsair Gaming, LYFT, Workiva, Xilinx, Paycom Software, ANSYS, Allegro Microsystems, Nuance Communications, Silicon Motion Technology, Constellation Software, Quotient Technology, Upland Software, Radware, Stratasys, Alphatec, Blackline, Bill.com, Paylocity, Unisys, Teradata, Vonage, Cloudflare, Cornerstone OnDemand, CommScope, Cognex, Open Text, Dropbox, Datadog, Epam Systems, Envestnet, Groupon, GoPro, Himax Technologies, Yelp, Synaptics, Iron Mountain, NetScout Systems, InterDigital and Motorola.
