Dozens Savings plc (LON:DS16) announced that has started trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange with 996 5% secured bonds.
The financial investment platform merges savings and investment accounts in one app to give users “a complete picture” of their finances.
It offers a free UK current account with debt card while there are no fees for using the card or withdrawing cash abroad.
It has over 20 integrated partners and has been backed by US$10mln investments.
The Aquis bonds, valued £100 each, have an aggregate principal amount of £99,600.
They mature on 4 May 2022 and represent the sixteenth series of Dozens Savings' 5.00% fixed-rate, secured £7mln bond programme.
When combined with its previous series, Dozens Savings has issued bonds in the aggregate principal amount of £3mln.
The firm also offers a fixed income financial investment product, namely, 5% fixed-rate secured bonds, to customers of its corporate parent, Project Imagine.
Project Imagine aims to create an improved, second-generation financial management alternative from “scratch-disrupting banking and money problems”, the company said.
