MBH Corporation PLC (FRA:M8H) (OTCMKTS:MBHCF) CEO Callum Laing tells Proactive the group acquired 12 new companies in 2020, contributing to 19% increase in top-line growth to £60.4mln from £50.8mln.
Laing, speaking about the group's 2020 annual results, says its aim is to continue growing through acquisitions at a similar pace to the previous two years, aiming for one acquisition per month, as it has already completed three acquisitions in 2021.
