Brickability Group PLC (LON:BRCK) said it has appointed its interim chief financial officer Mike Gant to the position permanently and to the board with immediate effect.
"I am delighted to welcome Mike to the board and the permanent role of Chief Financial Officer. Mike has made a very positive contribution since joining and we look forward to working with him in the years ahead,” chairman John Richards said in a statement.

Before joining the firm in Janaury 2021, Gant previously served as CFO at Walker Greenbank as well as finance director for the GB & International division of Britvic.
Shares in Brickability were 1.1% lower at 93p in early trading on Friday.
