H&T Group Plc (LON:HAT) said Richard Withers has tendered his resignation as the chief financial officer to pursue a project outside of the group.
Tatiana Hagan, a 15-year veteran at H&T and currently the head of finance, will lead the finance team on an interim basis. A search for a new chief financial officer is underway.
Peter McNamara, the chairman of the pawnbroking group, thanked Withers for his significant contribution to H&T.
