The Valens Company (TSE: VLNS- OTCQX: VLNCF) President Jeff Fallows joined Steve Darling from Proactive to shares news the company has submitted an application to uplist to the Nasdaq Exchange in the United States.
Fallows talks about that decision and he also shares with Proactive the company’s recent acquisition of South Florida-based CBD company Green Roads. That paves a perfect road for the Valens Company to enter the lucrative U.S market.
