Weekend Unlimited Inc (CSE:POT) (OTCQB:WKULF), a North American recreational cannabis and CBD wellness company, announced that it intends to change its name to Potent Ventures Inc.
The Vancouver-based group also said that it plans to subdivide its common shares based on four new shares for every one existing common share. The company said that as part of the share split, registered shareholders of the company will receive four shares for each share held as of April 28, 2021.
Weekend’s transfer agent, Odyssey Trust Company, will send each registered shareholder a share certificate representing the number of additional common shares that they are to receive because of the share split.

“Non-registered shareholders who hold their shares through an intermediary will have their accounts automatically updated to reflect the share split,” said the company in a statement.
Prior to the share split, the company has 20,077,922 shares issued and outstanding. After the split, Weekend will have around 80,311,688 shares issued and outstanding.
The new CUSIP number will be 73758F107 and the new ISIN number will be CA73758F1071.
Weekend will continue to trade under its iconic CSE stock symbol POT.
