Directa Plus PLC (LON:DCTA) said it “hugely increased” the number of products it can potentially create with a new printing technique for the textile market.
Earlier this month it achieved a major landmark by digitally jetting its G+ graphene-based ink.
Chief executive, Giulio Cesareo, said: "This is a very positive development for Directa's textile printing technology.
“With the ability to jet digitally graphene inks the range of textile products we can produce is hugely increased.
"In addition to benefitting our product development this increase in versatility will allow us to ensure the maximum environmental sustainability of our textile designs."
The company is one of the largest producers and suppliers of graphene nanoplatelets-based products for use in consumer and industrial markets.
