Semper Fortis Esports PLC (LON:SEMP) CEO Kevin Soltani talks to Proactive about the group's first day of dealings on the Access segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange in London following an oversubscribed fundraising of £2.5M.
Soltani says the proceeds of the fundraise will be used to invest in esports teams as well as its technology, and B2B esports consultancy services. The group was founded by gaming, sports, and corporate finance executives including Nolan Bushnell, the founder of US video game developer Atari Inc, as well as Keith Harris, Chairman of the Board, who was previously the Chairman of the English Football League.
