Mirasol Resources (CVE: MRZ- OTC: MRZLF) President Tim Heenan joined Steve Darling from Proactive to bring news the company has signed binding agreements with Patagonia Gold Corp so they can advance the Homenaje and Nico projects in Santa Cruz province, Argentina.
Heenan also updated Proactive on a number of their other projects including Sasha-Marcelina, Virginia, and Inca Gold in Chile.
